Brian Weinberger, ESQ
Mr. Weinberger earned his BA in Government and Politics from St. John's University in New York and a Certificate in Public Administration from St. John's University. He earned his JD from Whittier College School of Law in Los Angeles where he was the Editor in Chief of The Barrister, the Law School Newspaper. He is the firm's principle litigator and is personally involved in all cases going to court.
He has successfully litigated numerous automobile accidents - many with serious or catastrophic injuries, slip and falls as well as several wrongful death actions including one particular care, which was denied by the insurance company, which Mr. Weinberger litigated and resolved for close to one million dollars. Mr. Weinberger has shown an expertise in handling DUI matters, Spousal Abuse, Drug Cases and Juvenile Cases. He has also successfully represented clients charged with gang allegations, sex crimes, attempted murder and murder. Mr. Weinberger has received numerous awards and recognition for his service to the community, he has written extensively for several newspapers on legal issues and does a weekly radio show dealing with legal areas of his expertise.
Mr. Weinberger is also a court appointed Arbitrator, Mediator, and a Judge Pro Tem. He is an active member of the State Bar of California and is also an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County Bar Association, Deuce Defenders, and the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice.
